הצהרת נגישות
ש.א אתרים בע״מ רואה חשיבות רבה במתן שירות שוויוני לכלל הלקוחות, ופועלת כדי שהאתר יהיה נגיש ונוח לשימוש גם עבור אנשים עם מוגבלות. האתר הונגש בהתאם לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע״ג-2013, ולתקן הישראלי ת״י 5568 (המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.0) ברמה AA.
מה עשינו כדי להנגיש את האתר
- קישור "דילוג לתוכן הראשי" בתחילת הדף.
- ניווט מלא באמצעות המקלדת (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Esc), עם סימון ברור של הרכיב שבפוקוס.
- מבנה כותרות היררכי ותגיות ARIA שמסייעות לקוראי מסך לפרש את התוכן.
- תיאור טקסטואלי לתמונות, לסמלים ולאייקונים.
- כפתור לעצירת הסרטון. רצועת הלקוחות הזזה נעצרת כשמצביעים עליה, נוגעים בה או מגיעים אליה במקלדת, וניתן לעצור את כל התנועה באתר בכלי "עצירת תנועה והנפשות". ההנפשות נעצרות אוטומטית כשבמערכת ההפעלה מוגדר "הפחתת תנועה".
- ניגודיות צבעים מספקת בין טקסט לרקע.
- טופס יצירת קשר עם תוויות לכל שדה והודעות שגיאה שמוקראות לקוראי מסך.
- חלונות (תפריט, קטלוג, גלריה) שמחזירים את הפוקוס למקום שממנו נפתחו ונסגרים במקש Esc.
- האתר מותאם לתצוגה בטלפון, בטאבלט ובמחשב, ותומך בהגדלת תצוגה עד 200%.
- כלי התאמות תצוגה בעמוד זה: הגדלת טקסט, ניגודיות גבוהה, הדגשת קישורים, גופן קריא ועצירת תנועה.
- קטלוג המוצרים: חיפוש לפי שם מוצר או מספר פריט, סינון לפי קטגוריה, ועמוד נפרד לכל מוצר עם כותרות, רשימות וטבלאות הזמנה בעלות כותרות עמודה שמוקראות לקוראי מסך.
- תמונות המוצרים, התמונות מהשטח, השרטוטים והתעודות נפתחים בתצוגה מוגדלת: סוגרים בכפתור הסגירה או במקש Esc, עוברים בין תמונות בכפתורי החצים או במקשי החצים, והפוקוס חוזר למקום שממנו נפתחה התמונה.
- בטלפון ניתן לחזור מעמוד מוצר לקטלוג בהחלקה אופקית. לכל פעולת החלקה יש חלופה בכפתור: "חזרה לקטלוג" בעמוד המוצר, וכפתורי החצים בתצוגה המוגדלת. החזרה לקטלוג מחזירה לאותו מקום ברשימה.
- בכל חלון (קטלוג, פרויקטים, נגישות) יש כפתור "לעמוד הראשי" בראש המסך.
- הקישור לניווט ב־Waze ולוואטסאפ מסומנים כנפתחים בחלון חדש.
דפדפנים וטכנולוגיות מסייעות
האתר מותאם לגרסאות העדכניות של הדפדפנים Chrome, Safari, Edge ו-Firefox, ולשימוש בטכנולוגיות מסייעות כגון קוראי מסך.
מגבלות ידועות
- תעודות מכון התקנים ואישורי פיקוד העורף מוצגים כצילום של המסמך המקורי. עיקרי המידע שבהם (מספר הבדיקה, התאריך והתוצאות) כתובים גם כטקסט בעמוד המוצר, ואת המסמך המלא בפורמט נגיש ניתן לקבל בפנייה לרכז הנגישות.
- קובץ הקטלוג המלא להורדה (PDF) טרם הונגש במלואו. המידע על המוצרים זמין בצורה נגישה בעמודי הקטלוג באתר, וניתן לקבל כל מידע מהקטלוג גם בפנייה לרכז הנגישות בטלפון, בוואטסאפ או בדוא״ל.
- תכנים של צדדים שלישיים (וואטסאפ, פייסבוק) אינם בשליטתנו.
- ייתכן שחלק מהתכנים שיתווספו בעתיד טרם הונגשו במלואם. אנו ממשיכים לשפר את נגישות האתר באופן שוטף, ואם נתקלתם בתוכן שאינו נגיש, נשמח שתעדכנו אותנו.
הסדרי נגישות במחסן ובמשרדי החברה
מחסן ומשרדי החברה נמצאים באזור התעשייה נוף הארץ בראש העין. לקוחות מוזמנים להגיע ולרכוש מוצרים במקום.
- הכניסה לעסק היא ללא מדרגות.
- באזור התעשייה אין חניות מסומנות, וקיימת חנייה בסמוך לעסק.
- בעסק אין שירותים נגישים.
- צוות העסק ישמח לסייע בכל שלב, כולל הוצאת הסחורה אל הרכב.
- ניתן גם להזמין מוצרים בטלפון, בוואטסאפ או בדוא״ל, ולקבל משלוח לכל הארץ באמצעות צי המשאיות של החברה, ללא צורך להגיע למקום.
מומלץ לתאם הגעה מראש מול רכז הנגישות, כדי שנוכל להיערך ולסייע.

הצהרת הנגישות עודכנה לאחרונה בתאריך 17.10.2026 (עדכון שני: קטלוג המוצרים, התצוגה המוגדלת ומחוות ההחלקה).
Accessibility statement
S.A. Atarim Ltd. is committed to giving every customer equal service, and works to keep this website accessible and easy to use for people with disabilities. The site was made accessible under the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard SI 5568 (based on WCAG 2.0) at level AA.
What we did
- A "Skip to main content" link at the top of the page.
- Full keyboard navigation (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Esc) with a clear focus indicator.
- A logical heading structure and ARIA attributes for screen readers.
- Text alternatives for images, marks and icons.
- A button to pause the background video. The moving client strip stops on hover, touch or keyboard focus, and all motion can be stopped with the "Stop motion" tool. Animations stop automatically when "reduce motion" is set on your device.
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background.
- A contact form with labels for every field and error messages announced to screen readers.
- Dialogs (menu, catalog, gallery) that return focus to where they were opened and close with Esc.
- A responsive layout for phones, tablets and desktops, with support for zoom up to 200%.
- Display adjustments on this page: larger text, high contrast, highlighted links, readable font and stopping motion.
- Product catalog: search by product name or item number, filter by category, and a separate page for each product with headings, lists and order tables whose column headers are announced to screen readers.
- Product photos, field photos, diagrams and certificates open in an enlarged view: close with the close button or Esc, move between images with the arrow buttons or arrow keys, and focus returns to where the image was opened.
- On phones you can return from a product page to the catalog with a horizontal swipe. Every swipe has a button alternative: "Back to catalog" on the product page, and the arrow buttons in the enlarged view. Returning takes you back to the same place in the list.
- Every window (catalog, projects, accessibility) has a "Home page" button at the top.
- The Waze and WhatsApp links are marked as opening in a new window.
Browsers and assistive technology
The site is designed for current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox, and for use with assistive technologies such as screen readers.
Known limitations
- Standards Institution and Home Front Command certificates are shown as images of the original document. Their key details (test number, date and results) are also written as text on the product page, and the full document can be requested in an accessible format from our accessibility coordinator.
- The full downloadable catalog (PDF) is not yet fully accessible. Product information is available in accessible form on the site's catalog pages, and any information from the catalog can be requested from our accessibility coordinator by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- Third-party content (WhatsApp, Facebook) is outside our control.
- Some content added in the future may not yet be fully accessible. We keep improving the site, and we'd be glad to hear about any content that isn't accessible.
Accessibility at our warehouse and offices
Our warehouse and offices are in the Nof HaAretz industrial zone, Rosh HaAyin. Customers are welcome to come and buy on site.
- The entrance has no steps.
- The industrial zone has no marked parking spaces; parking is available near the business.
- There is no accessible restroom on site.
- Our staff will gladly help at every step, including bringing goods to your vehicle.
- You can also order by phone, WhatsApp or email and get delivery anywhere in Israel by our own truck fleet, with no need to come in.
We recommend coordinating your visit in advance with our accessibility coordinator so we can prepare to assist you.
